Cookie policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

This page lists what opentopost.com stores in your browser, what each item is for, and how to change your choice. We ask on your first visit. Until you say yes, we load nothing for analytics or marketing.

Your choices

You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.

You can change your choice at any time: . If you withdraw marketing, we reload the page without the marketing tags and remove the cookies they set on this site.

Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not measured, and get no marketing tags, whatever the choice.

Necessary

Always on. They keep you signed in, keep the site secure, and remember what you chose here.

  • Sign-in cookies. Set by our sign-in provider, Kinde, to keep you signed in. Kept: until you sign out or the session ends.
  • otp_consent and otp_cid (local storage). Remember your cookie choice, and a random ID that ties the record of your choice to this browser. Kept: until you clear your browser data, or the policy changes.
  • otp_access (cookie and local storage). Remembers a private invite link, so the invited team can sign in. Kept: 30 days in the cookie.
  • otp_has_account (local storage). Shows Sign in instead of Book a demo after you have used the app. Kept: until you clear your browser data.

Analytics

Only with your yes. This is our own measurement, kept in our own database. We do not send it to an analytics company. It records the pages you view, what you click, how far you scroll, and how long a page is active, with your browser type, device type, language, and time zone.

  • otp_vid (local storage). A random visitor ID, so we can count visitors and not only page views. Kept: until you clear your browser data.
  • otp_sid (session storage). A random ID for one visit. Kept: until you close the tab.

Marketing

Only with your yes, and only on the public website. These tags let us show our ads to people who visited, and see which ads worked. Each company gets data about your visit under its own privacy policy.

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag. Set by LinkedIn, to measure ads and build ad audiences on LinkedIn. Kept: set by LinkedIn, see its policy.
  • Meta Pixel (_fbp). Set by Meta, to measure ads and build ad audiences on Facebook and Instagram. Kept: up to 90 days.
  • X pixel. Set by X, to measure ads and build ad audiences on X. Kept: set by X, see its policy.
  • otp_twclid (local storage). Keeps the click ID that X adds to the link of an ad you clicked, so a later sign-up or booking can be matched to that ad. Kept: until you clear your browser data or withdraw marketing.

We never load these tags inside the signed-in app. When you sign up or book a demo after clicking an ad, we may also tell X about it from our server, using your click ID or a hashed email, and only if you said yes to marketing.

The record of your choice

When you choose, we save a random ID, your choices, the time, the page you were on, and the version of this policy. We save no IP address and no name. We keep it as proof that you chose.
